Teen Studio Session - Olivia

Last week I had beautiful Olivia in the studio. I met her mother, Nesha about 5 years ago when she came to me for headshots with her then boss, Brianna. Since then, we have shot together a couple of times and kept in touch. Immediately there is nothing our of the ordinary about this, apart from the fact that Nesha hates ( and I don’t use that word lightly I might add), absolutely haaates having her photo taken. To me, that just makes her portraits that more special. Knowing that you have to do something despite every fibre in your body tells you not to, takes a certain level of self awareness. It take courage.

And then to have her daughter do exactly the same. Love.
