How It Works

First we’ll jump on a discovery call so I can learn more about your business, what your goals are and how I can best help you.

I then immerse myself in your brand & business to get a deep understanding of your goals, your clients and ensure your final images showcase everything you want them to - all planned out in a roadmap.

During our session I shoot a combination of portraits, process + lifestyle shots and products. What we focus on depend on what your brand calls for.

After our session, you’ll select your images in a gallery - if you’d like my input, we can even do it together. Your final photos will be gently and naturally retouched by me.

Every Session Includes

  • We discuss and plan out your session details, work out a plan of action (Session Roadmap) and discuss your future marketing goals to ensure your content is created with intention and aligned with your vision.

  • I will guide and direct you throughout your entire session so you will always know what to do - I will often show you as well. But most importantly, I do it in a way that will make you look natural and relaxed.

  • You receive all your images in a personalised gallery to choose your favorites - extra images are $80/each or 10 for $500

    A full gallery upgrade is also available, of course!

Experience a Personal Branding Session

Watch the behind the scenes video from Emmas’ branding session at gorgeous Avalon Beach Cottage in Sydney. We shot this for mini brand sessions I held in 2022.

You might wanna know..

01 / Booking

  • You may reschedule once 14 days before your shoot day, however, if you need to reschedule more than once I require a new deposit to secure your date.

  • Any deposits paid are non refundable as I have limited shoot openings every month. The deposit holds your spot and makes it unavailable for other clients.

  • Although there is no rule about hair and make up being an absolute must, I do recommend it if it’s in your budget but if it’s not, or just not your thing, don’t worry.

    Brand photos are about showing you as you show up every day and not some overly glammed up version of you.

    I don’t include hair and make up but can recommend artists. Expect to pay between $220-$350.

02 / Planning

  • Where in the world will you have your photoshoot? The possibilities are endless, but to be realistic, it’s usually where you live, work or a cute Airbnb we find that reflects you and your brand.

    These images will illustrate your business, so somewhere with an aesthetic that’s in keeping with your brand’s look and feel is great, but more important than that is the lighting, as we can use outfits and props to style.

  • Yes! You’ll receive guidance on everything you need to know about location planning along with 1:1 help from me to search for a location. Then you’ll receive supportive emails so that you know what outfits and props to bring to support your shoot and brand aesthetic.

  • Absolutely yes!

    Posing women just like you is my super power.

    I will literally show you what to do throughout the entire session. From where to stand or sit, where to put your legs and where to look. I will gently guide you from set to set so you feel confident and comfortable!

    Nerves are totally normal, however, as I help you through the entire process from start to end, those nerves quickly turn to excitement.

03 / Delivery

  • You will receive all the images from our shoot in a beautiful online preview gallery.

    From there you choose however many images your package includes. You can purchase additional images at this stage. Extra images are $80 each or you can upgrade to a higher package.

    You will get both high and low res images that you can download and/or send around.

  • You will receive your images within 3-4 weeks of your shoot day.

  • Yes, I do a very gentle retouch - However, my style is quite natural and branding is all about showing up the way you are in real life so I keep it to a minimum.
